Gocelo partner Haberling in Berlin recently took on two challenges that revolved around the topic of new furniture logistics. However, both projects were no ordinary ones.
Haberling took over the transport and assembly of 8 optical tables for a university in Berlin. The high-tech tables can weigh up to 1.3 tons and are used to hold an optical system mechanically stable on a two-dimensional plane.
They are used in many experiments in quantum optics as a stable base on which the components of the setup are fixed.
Within a very short time Haberling took over the complete furnishing of a new office space.
In addition to the delivery, the installation of various furniture was also on the agenda. The challenge: 50 electrically height-adjustable desks for the new workplaces.
