GOCELO - Delivery beyond standard meets the requirements of retailers, manufacturers and planning companies throughout Austria for innovative logistics services on the last mile.

GOCELO in Vienna is responsible for the coordination and implementation for Vienna, Graz, Klagenfurt and Linz. Bratislava and Budapest are also coordinated via Vienna.

For whom is the GOCELO solution in Austria particularly suitable ?

"We create added value for customers from all over Europe and support them in their expansion in Austria. With our logistics concepts we reduce the number of contact persons and logistics costs for our European customers and at the same time increase flexibility and quality on site with our new furniture experts".

In which cities does GOCELO Austria offer the delivery and assembly of new furniture?

"Throughout Austria and additionally in Slovakia and Hungary. In Austria we work with almost all renowned office furniture manufacturers."

What kind of services does GOCELO offer?

"We realise large projects, but also solve smaller challenges. We take care of temporary storage, scheduling, delivery, assembly and returns of materials & old furniture. We are represented in Vienna, Linz, Graz and Klagenfurt".

What are the delivery times (delivery from the warehouse to assembly)?

"We can offer prioritized deliveries within 24 hours. On average, I would limit the time span to 48 hours up to max. 72 hours - depending on requirements and customer availability".

How many employees does GOCELO Austria have in the area of new furniture logistics and are there special qualifications and training measures?

"Our team consists of:

  • 24 furniture packers
  • 8 team leaders
  • 8 assemblers
  • 12 assembly carpenters incl. final apprenticeship examination
  • 2 master carpenters

There are regular training courses for fitters and internal retraining courses from furniture packer to fitter, including wall assembly and final assembly of new furniture."

Does GOCELO Austria specialise in certain product areas in new furniture logistics?

"Due to our many years of experience and numerous successfully completed projects, we have developed special know-how, especially in office furniture assembly, kitchen assembly and special furniture construction.

This expertise definitely distinguishes us from other market participants".

How many orders are realized per year ?

"We handle a total of approx. 2,200 orders per year. Pure furniture assembly and deliveries I would estimate at about 700 trips per year."

How many vehicles are used for this?

"Between 8 and 12 vehicles per day - pure assembly vehicles approx. 4 vehicles."

Does GOCELO Austria offer special services that are particularly interesting for manufacturers ?

"In my opinion, these services include commission storage, interim storage, deadline transport and office furniture supply for major projects such as Unicredit (5,000 employees), Erste Bank (3,500 employees) or OMV (2,000 employees).
